HP India — inkjet cartridge purchase

Ordered 2 Black and 2 Colour Cartages which were delivered last month. Opened and using 1 Black Cartage. The Print quality is very very poor. Ink smears. The No of The Cartages is 678 for HP Deskjet 1510 series. Would like to return the 3 unused and 1 used defective cartage. Please advice. On registering the complaint message says the complaint is too short and will not be attended to and advised to make is large hence have no option but to write aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...⇄ hope it should work now
