I have had been frequently in touch with HP service toll free numbers for a small bezel damage to my screen it has already been 3 weeks from when my complain was registered. Every single time i call them they have a standard reply that they would call me back in 24-48 hours with an solution/ update but 24-48 hasn't come till now. I have to follow up about the stats of my Case id. Every time i speak to different people and they have different irrelevant questions regarding the same. I has become a metal torture to me now. But every time i call them they say that i have sound issue with pc which is resolved earlier
My laptop isn't 1 year old also still have these problems moreover this PC is under warranty.
