This is a customer from Rao of cisf Kolkata Airport. We purchased one desktop for canteen from hp on 01.09.16 and key board is not functioning since long after gave complaint service engineer checked and found one button was missing. He refused and not changed the key board. That button is not used since purchase, why you people are creating unnecessary issues. The way deal with customerr is very worst and irresponsible. Why hp company not fulfil the services to customers. I go with higher formation if the issue is not solved at your level. I wait your reply. T
