HP India — keyboard is not working

The keyboard is not working. I tried trouble shooting by restarting, but didnt work. It's a new laptop bought in a year. Please help me out. My mob [protected]. I tried reaching hp call centre, but the line is busy.
Also as the keyboard is not working, i am unable to login to my system. This is an urgent request as i need to finish my project.
Please help.

WO-No[protected]st PO issued on 03.06.2017 and 2nd PO issued on 28.07.2017 but not attending till date. Relevant documents enclosed.
