[Resolved]  HP India — laptop battery

Hi
I order a baterry for my laptop online..
Order no 925510
The battery is not matched with my laptop.
I written a mail to exchange for the battery on 20th july on
Hpestore.[protected]@hp.com... I want to request you to please change the battery immmediately... My work is affected...
But i didnot get my response...
What can i do now..
Please tell me...

Hl Sir i Am Mohit Saini from delh i I order to laptop notebook battery i did not get as per my order battery .my order Id is 925510 on date 15/7/2017 .its delivered date 18/7/2017 Through SAVEX TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. CO. Through Blue Dart co. Invoice no. CHDRIG1718100059 Invoice Date 17/7/2017 the order battery is not matching with the delieverd battery . pls exchange the same. mohit saini 9599353755
