Recently, i went to hp world to get the battery of my laptop replaced and gave rs. 500 after checking the availability of the battery as extra and they made me go to the store twice next day only to refuse that the battery wasn't available.in the end they refused to return the advanced money and i had to buy a hp product worth rs. 900 because they couldn't "refund the advance".
