Laptop purchased on[protected]. After that several problems occurred. Recently the hinges are broken within this short period. Seems to be the product has got gross manufacturing defects. Laptops of the same batch no and model no are reported as having different problems. Concerned authorities do not want to take any responsibility to repair or replace the defective laptop.

Updated by sayan pradip One laptop could not be damaged with broken hinge within this short interval after purchase unless the product is grossly defective having manufacturing defects. It may need to be checked by other experts whether the product is defective since inception or not. If it becomes true, then it must be replaced by a newer one immediately.
