My laptop having keyboard problem and after that my laptop is not correctly working in between I complained to go customer care one of the engineering came out at that moment.
When the engineer came after opened my laptop he told my hinge is defected. That's why he used mustard oil he ordered hinge and keyboard and then he went. After some day when I do next complain he came and take my laptop but my laptop not getting on he taken some snap and told me your motherboard is burned. He told me we solved my issue.
