Hi sir my name is Syeem Ahmad. I am having Hp 840G1 It is also Covered With Acidental Damage Protection.Before Some Days I was In the Bolcony Chating With My Frinds On Skpye and accidently it was Sliped By my Hand and got dammaged. so i rigester a service at Hp Service Number Engineer came and saw the machine he opened whole machine and said now you need to wait some days till the parts come, I said okay. After two day I got Mail that we can not Provide You the Warranty as you were using laptop in the bolcony.I have an Adp Protection On my laptop and They Deny to Provide Services They Scammed me from two weaks I need Help

We have purchase printer 2 years before and within one year show problem of scanner error 12 and we have complain at hp center

some one came and solved problem and some problem shown in printer i think i have check on your web this problem is common and its some manufacturing defect is there

We regret to inform that for past 2 months there is not reponse for our complaint. we never expect such response from HP. Pleae rectify our keyboard issue or otherwise change our keboard.

Keyboard is very hard, each & every key get struck.
