I'am a customer of hp notebook -15-da0077tx model laptop which is purchased on 07/01/2019 from hp center at oberon mall in ernakulam. Later, on 14/12/2019 there was a black spot on the display of my laptop. Then i visited hp authorized service center in kadavanthra and make a complaint (Token no:[protected]. But, from their examination on this complaint they asked money for the repairing of my laptop which is already having a warranty. Even though, the laptop have warrenty they argued that this complaint can't be include in the warrenty list. So that, from my detailed enquiry on hp service center, they informed me that, the black spot on display may be due to a pressure and it comes under the physical damage. But 100% assurance is not given by them on that particular reason. So they just blocking my warrenty without any justice which can cause a very huge loss on me. Moreover, i care my laptop very much and they opposing my benefit by arguing that it was my fault. Sincerely, it is not my fault and i humbly request you that please take necessary action for giving me the warrenty for the repairing of my laptop.
