With a high disappointment I am registering this complain.I bought one HP laptop on 28th Dec 2014.Initially it was working well.But now, it's not even 6 months old, it has come up with a problem.The display is not working.Sometimes it is showing me a blue screen.It's saying one of the windows system drive is missing.Sometimes its showing your PC ran into some error.I am very much disappointed with your product.Its a new Laptop.Not even being used much.And still it has gone into this Problem.I have also called up your technician for service.They came but couldn't fix up the problem.They said one of the parts is damaged.They need to order a new one and it can take a week to fix up.Ridiculous.What sort of products you guys are selling.Within 5 months there is a problem in the hardware.I am really very very disappointed with your product.Even the local HP showroom are telling that you have manufactured the wrong product.Now I am just waiting for the technician.Don't know when they will come.
