HP India — laptop issue | |||
Subject - related to replacement of my laptop under warranty Issue - i have complaint against my laptop in consumer forum whose docket number 411892 on dated[protected] R/s/m 1. With due respect i beg to say that my laptop whose seriol no 5cd3476yrk and model no. Hp pavilion 15-n208tx nb pc. 2. My laptop is under extended warranty till 27/02/2018. 3. From date of purchasing[protected] my laptop is happening hardware issue and parts of it like display (Two times), touchpad (One time), motherboard (One time), hard disk is to be replaced (Under case id [protected]), ram issue happening, recovery has been done many times. 4. Problem is still going on and if your hp representative try to solve, definetely it solved but after some time it happens again and again. 5.in my friend circle same model parts also changed and same issue is going on, i have proof. So i request you to please change my laptop of same price because i am irritated and frustrated also of this model.
