[Resolved] HP India — laptop mic is not working

My laptop mic is not working. From last few months it was not working properly, but now it is completely not working! Here are the details of my laptop.

My laptop is still in warranty period.

Although I was responded by HP, at that time I thought my problem is resolved. but problem is still there... not yet resolved completely.. sometimes my laptop mic works and sometimes not.. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
