HP India — laptop not delivered and customer care dont no status | |||
Hi, I have purchased a laptop on november 16th, 2017 and order number is[protected]. On the same day i get message that item is packed and will dispatch it soon. From november 16th, 2017 customer care executive not responding properly and every time i call they say that it has been escalated on priority basis. But next day same answer we don, t no it is not dispatched. Where they mention in website it will be delivered within 4 working days. Its been almost wee and still they are processing and not sure when they will dispatch the laptop. Customer care executive gives all false information and they say that we dont no exact status of the order. I feel irritated and frustrated by ordering hp laptop and still waiting for the laptop status and when will i get my laptop. Was this information helpful? | |||
