Hi,
Below request locked on 29th of April 2017 but call was closed without solving system issue.
Again I was request to customer care at 24th of JUNE 2017 but my complaint was not locked still and don't get and call lock confirmation from customer care.
Recently I was not provided proper online support and impact is heavy loss of production reason we already shared on email to HP.
