Hi,

Below request locked on 29th of April 2017 but call was closed without solving system issue.

Again I was request to customer care at 24th of JUNE 2017 but my complaint was not locked still and don't get and call lock confirmation from customer care.

Recently I was not provided proper online support and impact is heavy loss of production reason we already shared on email to HP.

HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

After your update still we don't get any call or mail form HP Support.
we want to register case against HP support.
Please suggest me the process how to request in consumer form.
