I bought this laptop HP 14Q in October 2018. But from that day I faced too much hardware problems. like my system is running too much slow. I have complaint many time . customer support have changed hard drive of my laptop twice from the date of buying. I have lost too much importatant data due to changing of hard drive. still the same problem is occur. problem of running slow is not resolved. slow means too much slow. whenever I talk to customer, they tell me to update the window... bla...bla..bla.. but still the issue is not resolved.
