HP India — laptop problem not rectified since one and a half month

I had originally filed a complaint([protected]) in Chennai for overheating issue problem along with battery change for my laptop HP Envy touch smart 15 on 22nd April.
The engineer came and looked at the problem and ordered a change in the heat sync and the battery. But the case was closed without the problem being solved which they say was due to my unavailability.I Had my exams in the morning so i had instructed the engineer to call before arriving but he would arrive according to his convenience without checking if i was available or not.
The case was closed 'Without my Consent'
Now i have moved to Delhi and a new case was registered([protected]) yet the same is being repeated by the Delhi service centre
I receive a message from HP everyday saying the engineer is due to visit that day and on 2 occasions i received a call from the engineer too yet nobody showed up. i had cancelled a few appointments due to this.
Highly unprofessional of HP and a true case of harassing the customer.
