I would like to take it to your notice that I have purchased HP VICTUS laptop on aug 11 2021 I hardly used it for a month while using it just switched off. I have contacted customer service and handed over my lap at service center on Oct 11 2021 since then iam waiting for my laptop.
I don't know what's happening it's getting delayed over and over and my issue is not getting resolved. Please escalate my case as priority and hand over my laptop at earliest because it's effecting my job.
