HP India — laptop set on fire by itself | |||||
Hi My name is nitin gavhane, pune. My laptop was set on fire automatically by itself today. My kid was just playing in front of it and i was working on the same when the laptop suddenly just burst and it started burning. I was able to take my kid away from it on time but the laptop got completely damaged. It was a real risk for me and my kid and we missed a big accident very narrowly. Plz find below the details of the laptop : Hp pavilion x360 S/n - 8cg6102zh2 I want a replacement of my laptop immediately with all the data recovered from it. It is a huge loss for me right now and we could have had serious physical injury. A speedy action will be appreciated. My laptop and charger submitted to Pune service center after diagnosis they suggesting me to bring a new laptop not given proper reason for how it will happen my concern is with safety may this could not happen with others who having same laptop.
