Complaint lodged id no. Bjvv9755 on 13 jun 17. Service engineer visited & checked and stated that due to technical fault, this printer will be changed. But till date no action has been taken by hp service engineer of purnea mobile no. [protected] and also contacted with mrs nupur das (Coordinator bihar-bengal) mobile no. Jul 13, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved till date complaint has not been resolved and have persist.By mistake resolved option was ticked by me. HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 13, 2017 Updated by AGE (I) Purnea Service engineer has not visited after complaint lodged id no. BJVV9755 on 13 Jun 17 till date. Warranty period will be completed by 17 Jul 17
