HP India — misplaced charger by service centre

I had given my laptop at manipal hp service centre with my charger for the recovery. They have misplaced my charger and haven't returned my original bill as well as my friend collected my laptop as i was out of town. Now they are asking me to buy new one. I need a replacement by them as soon as possible as i'm leaving back abroad in a month. Please help. Sl no 5cd43064f8
