Purchased ef2033tu HP laptop on 23rd March, recieved on 27th March without zenvo pen charging cable.Raised complaint ( ticket no 414104 ), however nothing is done so far even After 10 days of chasing. The sales representative confirmed that website shows that cable should be included, but till date i Am only given assurance that this has been escalated to the concerned team and we are waiting for response.
