MY brand new laptop stop working after two months of working. when i register a complaint, a service engineer visits to check and bring one motherboard to replace. after that, he said there is some other hardware issue and assured me that as soon as ram and motherboard were dispatched he will visit and replace them.
after two days get the call from the service center they are saying that it is not covered under warranty even if HP service enginnear who visited my place confirmed and given assurance it will get replaced. Was this information helpful? |
