This is to inform you that I have purchased a laptop 3 months ago from HP. But its display started flickering after 20 days and I filed a complaint against it on 25 July 2018 on your customer care and an engineer visited us and replaced my laptop's motherboard, and battery but my issue was not solved. Then they took my laptop to the service center and after 2-3 days returned my laptop and said the laptop cannot be repaired and we have pushed the case to higher authorities. And now I am calling at customer care daily and they are saying wait for 24 hours or 1 day or like this and assuring to solve my problem but after that, there is no response from there side. Everytime time after calling them they are doing like this only from last 1 month and not solving my issue. I am very disturbed and disappointed by this wrong assurance daily. Now my issue is 2.5 months old.
So, I request you to solve my issue or replace my laptop as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
