My redemption code is 90274407 and my due date is over but not yet dispatched please tell me why it is not dispatched yet.At the time of purchasing laptop of model no hp au006tx and i was instructed by the shopkeeper that i will getting offer on my laptop that is of 1999rs of hard disk through online payment mode but still I have not received my product yet.

I have purchased hp laptop 0n 25/06/2016. it is not working from 26/06/2016. i have made several complaints to hp. they are not responding. they have simply closed the compaint that defects have been rectified. but it is not true and they have not send service personel sofar.
