HP India — Negligence towards customers | |||
I have been complaining about my hp laptop for the past 5-6 days, nobody has been able to give me a proper solution to my problem. I have called 15+ times to the customer care from my number [protected], and only since yesterday i was left with no other option than to record the conversations i had with the executives. I was speaking to a lady having name videesha yesterday and she told me that the recovery disk will be delivered in 3 days and later i asked her to transfer the call to a senior, she was so much hesitant, but finally she let me talk to a senior officer, floor supervisor, pritam, he told me that the r cd will be delivered in 2-3 business days. Today i called again to check the status of the r cd, an executive, pratap, he told me it'll take upto 5-6 days to complete/dispatch, not deliver. No body has any idea the basics of the hp working ways. I bought my laptop on 1st of june, 2017, and i've only been able to use it for a maximum of 4 days. This was the last place to complain. I have the recordings of the conversations that i had since yesterday. Kindly look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
