This is all about MY laptop I bought from HP on dated 22 Jan 2016 & its In warranty.
Problem start from since its purchase from the first month of my use I am getting the same problem of DISPLAY FLICKERING & still the issue of the same.
I got this problem from 1st month & every month I am facing the same trouble in laptop & every time I am complaining & getting the solutions very hardly but this time they are doing DRASTICALLY its since last 2 months I am struggling to repair my laptop from HP & their Service engineers SYSNET (hp authorised service centre)
None of ther engg come to me after 45 days of my complain & after my regular follow up to service engg the came & make it more faulty because o[censored]nskilled & lack of knowledge he shut down my laptop & still its shut down since last 15 days ..I am suffering & getting losses due to none work
Now its service engg fault & they are asking me to pay rs 600 to buy recovery DVD to start my laptop..its there service engg fault & they are lingering the matter as I deny to pay them
Now the biggest matter is Sir since start of purchase I am facing the same issue so Now I am asking them to replace this laptop with NEW AS PROBLEM OCCURRING AGAIN AGAIN EACH MONTH, MEANS THERE IS INBUILT PROBLEM WITH DEVICE SO PROBLEM IS COMING AGAIN & AGAIN IF I RETAIN IT AND SAME PROBLEM OCCUR EVERY MONTH ITS NOT MY DUTY TO WASTE MY EVERY MONTHS TIME TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE & TELE CALLING, EMAILS, ENGG ETC. SO I ASK THEM TO REPLACE IT BECAUSE MY WARRANTY IS EXPIRING IN JAN 17 & if THE SAME PROBLEM HAPPEN WHO WILL BEAR THE COST...HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND MY INTENTION...PLZ HELP ME...because of there faulty product same proble is happening every month.
PLz help me to replace & till new laptop repir of my existing laptop.

the same problem will not occur...replacement needed...
Firstly, repair my laptop..then we will talk further as its shutdown / not working since last 10 days
due to your non skilled engineer who have no idea of how to sort out my problem

exceptionally its might possible that I could not pick any call but I revert definitely...in your case
You wrote that you contacted me SEVERAL TIMES...very fake & false. I cannot expect such type of
false things from world "RENOWNED COMPANY HP"...Ya I am facing the same false commitment issue from
Sysnet YOUR SERVICE ENGG DALY BUT NOT EXPECTING FROM YOU that you can drop such type of mail that in
past you have contacted me.
When things are in WORSE situation you are started approching me (pani sir se upar nikal chuka
hai...)..
where are you in past or since last one & half month when I am struggling with your customer care &
chat & with online team emails...& service engg & phone calls
"you can contact me any time morning 9 to evn 9..."
Waiting for your call...with Guranteed solution in writing...
are you aware that your engineer broke down my laptop & spoke very misbehavingly.All are illiterate..

I am suffering from work & without laptop since last 10 days...I am loosing lacs of rupees every day
who will bear this loss...
