Dear sir
This is all about my laptop i bought from hp on dated 22 jan 2016 & its in warranty.
Problem start from since its purchase from the first month of my use i am getting the same problem of display flickering & still the issue of the same.
I got this problem from 1st month & every month i am facing the same trouble in laptop & every time i am complaining & getting the solutions very hardly but this time they are doing drastically its since last 2 months i am struggling to repair my laptop from hp & their service engineers sysnet (hp authorised service centre)
None of there engg come to me after 45 days of my complain & after my regular follow up to service engg then came & make it more faulty because o[censored]nskilled & lack of knowledge he shut down my laptop & still its shut down since last 15 days.. i am suffering & getting losses due to none work
Now its service engg fault & they are asking me to pay rs 600 to buy recovery dvd to start my laptop.. it’s there service engg fault & they are lingering the matter as i deny to pay them
Now the biggest matter is sir since start of purchase i am facing the same issue so now i am asking them to replace this laptop with new as problem occurring again again each month, means there is inbuilt problem with device so problem is coming again & again if i retain it and same problem occur every month its not my duty to waste my every months time to call customer care & tele calling, emails, engg etc. so i ask them to replace it because my warranty is expiring in jan 17 & if the same problem happen who will bear the cost... hope you understand my intention... plz help me... because of there faulty product same problem is happening every month.
Plz help me to replace & till new laptop repair of my existing laptop.
