Dear Sir, A brand new HP toner cartridge CC388A (QR CODE CVR3H3MUVPZ) recently received from HP authorised dealer in Ernakulam is not giving a good print. The Month and year of import of cartridge is Aug 13. Could you please sent your local rep to identify the defect and do the remedial action please or get the item replaced.
