HP India — New Laptop in warranty , having start up issue

Address:Villa 134, Sai Shrusti Sangamam, Behind Titan Township, Mathigiri, Krishnagiri ,, Hosur- 635110

I bought a computer dueing last july, which is starting properly . While charging the laptopn, it shows red colour . Even if we long long press the power button, laptop is not getting powered on .Need a service as tos laptopn is stillnon warranty
