HP India — New laptop with 3 days showing error and Issue not resolved

Need replacement or refund of this product my issue not resolved yet
Facing usb Issue purchase on 16th dec and within 3day showing error...no one help me with same...
All troubleshooting and followed step per instructions..given by HP..and now my laptop has been locked and cx support saying wait for 72 hrs...

They done wrong with my laptop
