[Resolved] HP India — new year combo card and extended warranty

I had purchased laptop order number
[protected]. Even i had ordered new year card and extended warranty. The customer care had told me that they will share details of it but they haven’t shared anything yet. Even i had mailed them but they still haven’t shared the details. They have taken almost 1 month but still i dont have anything. Hope you will help me as soon as possible. I had attached screenshot of purchased order.

Actually my laptop(HP PAVILION 15CS1000TS) is getting screen shaking while using much time and the performance of laptop also getting slow frequently.The display shaking is the main problem in the laptop.So, Please solve it as early as possible and try to get my laptop works much much better with high speed internet connectivity
