HP India — No response for the printer complaint registration

I am using HP laser laserjet M1136 MFP printer and it was not detecting by any computer now. So i registered a complaint with customer care on 17th June 2015 ( Complaint number[protected]. The printer is in Warrenty period and till now no one called and visited to repair the printer. The customer care given the local phone number also but they are not picking the calls ([protected], [protected]).
