I've ordered an HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec2146AX gaming laptop by making a discounted deal
on hp.com on[protected] and the sales manager assigned to me is Ms. Akriti Rai. As per our
conversations I've made the payment via Company's Account which took 2 days to get verified and
still on hp's portal, my order is showing me the status as "Wait for Payment" As per Ms. Akriti it was t
be updated by today but that is not done and also there's no response from HP on emails I've sent
asking for help. I tried calling HP also but then it seems to have no help.
I'm a disabled person with 75% blindness and it is very hard for me to manage all this. Daily from last
5-6 days I've to ask Akriti multiple times for help but it seems to be not working. I don't know what can
I do as in today's digital world it is taking too long for the order to get processed. I need the system so
I can do my work and the payment is also done by the company for which I work. So, I also have to
respond to them for all these delays. Please help me. I've attached all required details. I’m trying to
do my work very hardly and when there is this type of issues it demotivates me and the same puts
