REMINDER!!!
I have got your mail regarding you have submitted our complaint to the hp company and they will further process it but we have not got any reply from them regarding this.
Our warrenty of the printer is also about to end. It will end on 14 october.
Now I am fed of that printer as my local repairing centers are saying that you have to buy new printer.
This printer can only be repaired by the company we can not do anything.
Please see if they will reply me.
