I have bought laptop 10 months ago through amazon.After using it for 5-6 months there are keyboard impressions on display, so I wanted it to be resolved so I have contacted HP.Technician visited my place and told me that there is mismatch in CT number of display and also said that I can't claim warranty on this.
But I don't know why? On this issue I have contacted HP multiple times but I didn't get any satisfied resolution from them. Week ago I contacted HP again they told me that the case is been elevated to higher authorities and once HP approves it then service will be provided. But it's been a week I didn't get any response from that side. So again I made a call and came to know that HP rejected my issue.
How unfair it is!!! I haven't performed any service before if so it will be in their records, consider going for outside service, why would I go for external service even though I have warranty to claim. Changing display is not small thing it costs around 15000/- why would I do that?
At last I only want one thing either provide me service under warranty or provide me with service denial letter under warranty Was this information helpful? |
