As per my purchase of hp lap top and the payment for additional warrenty, i have paid the prescribed amount. But as per the offer the unistal software worth rs.5000 is still not received. But status shows it delivered through email. As you can check it is utilised or not. Please send the software immediately. Redumtion code is : iizd411416ii
