Hi,
I had placed on order on 19th july for hp126a black cartridge and 3-in-1 pack of cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges.
Subsequently i received a notification saying my order has been cancelled as there was a payment failure. Therefore i placed another order from another credit card for the same products on the same day. Now it appears that both orders have been processed as i have received both orders.
My order nos. Are:
1. Ref # 927484.
2. Ref #[protected].
Subsequently i have requested hp to cancel order no. #[protected]. They then asked me to send images of the parcel indicating it was unopened. I sent them images and a video. They acknowledged the cancellation and said they will arrange for a reverse pick-up. It has been over a month since this started and i am still awaiting the reverse pick up and the refund. Any help on this front would be appreciated.
