HP India — Paper stuck in Scanner.

We had lodged a complain about 2 months before of printer" while scanning paper got stuck up" . service engineer came and suggest need to change the printer roller . but there is no response . printer is in under warranty period .
i contact no. of times to service engineer but there is no response..

more than 2 monts we face problem continuously.
