Greetings

I want to register a complaint against hp world, alpha computers, Gandhi market, Ambala Cantt, Haryana, official business partners of hp selling the electronics and accessories mainly laptops, printers specially of hp by replacing their brand new parts with old and defective ones and misguide and fool their customers just for selling their goods. Ones they sell their goods they misbehave with their customer either men or women doesn't bother them at all and does not take any responsibility of the goods even if it is sold 5 minutes earlier.
It is our long time investment on any such goods we buy as we purchase them with a deep thought process, so not only they waste our investment but majorly our emotions related to that goods, the excitement we and all our family member have on buying such goods.
On top of all this, they completely deny the consumer legal rights like they do not disclose their refund policy at all and even the replacement policy acting stubborn and oversmart on top of that.

Sellers like this keep on doing such deeds on and on just because we consumers remain silent. I think it's high time now to take some action against them so that they cannot cheat and make fool of any group of people in the future.
When I complaint to hp customer care they were not taking responsibility at all.
