I had purchased an expensive hp envy 15-k203tx notebook laptop 2 years ago. The price was inr 75000 approx. Recently, i experienced some problem with the laptop. The screen started flickering/blinking. I took the laptop to their designated service center iqor in bangalore. I received a quote after 2 days for inr 13700 asking me to replace the display panel.
I am shocked. How the display panel of such an expensive laptop can fail in just 2 years. Does this mean hp is using substandard display panels, but charges exorbitantly to customers.
Hp has an escalation matrix and as per that the customer can write to their service head at [protected]@hp.com. To my surprise, every time i write a mail a reply will come from a different employee writing the same 2 lines (Copy & paste). Highly insensitive people and very pathetic service.
Today i have raised the matter to their ceo and i hope the matter will be addressed sensitively. However i am badly stuck as my laptop is with them for the past 10 days and i am handicapped without my laptop
Any help is highly appreciated
