[Resolved] HP India — pavilion desktop - fan not working

The complaint was raised on 5th july 2019 to help resolve the malfunctioning fan in my pc. So far, there has been no action taken to resolve it or even an effort made to contact me. Almost, every day i have followed up and i was told service engineer will visit me in 24 hours but nothing has happenned.

This has to be the most frustrating and pathethic after sales service experience i have faced with any electronics company.

Thoroughly disappointed with the level of hp india's service
