HP India — Poor service from Hp: even after 38 days did not received by product back

I have submitted my HP H2300 Wired Headset (Black & Red) to HP Pune Wakdewadi, service center on 22/4/2016 due to connectivity issues during its warranty period. Representative there told me that they will replace my product within a week and will inform me on phone about it.

Since, i didn't received any call from them I called them various time, each time they told me that the company has approved the case. But they have not received any product till now, whenever they will receive it, they will inform me. This has happened 3 times during the past month.

I request you to solve the issue immediately as it is already more than a month till now.
