HP India — poor services

I purchased a hp notebook 15-ay017tu. After 3days screen slightly broken. I asked for screen replacement. They sent a quote i deposited in their account. No one has responded for my complaint for 20days. Now they are saying that the quotation has been sent for the service engineer services not for the screen. It did not bothering me no one is responding my complaints. Just i need screen repaired. No one has responded my complaint...
