My laptop at sudden stopped working.
I called hp support, engineer came on 26/06/2021. He examined thoroughly, almost he postmortemed my laptop, called his higher support, checked charger and battery. He then came to conclusion that the motherboard wasn't functioning.
That very moment he ordered new motherboard and assured me to replace it as soon as it is delivered from Bangalore to my address.
The motherboard was delivered. Engineer came once again on 29/06/2021. Once again he opened up my laptop, one of sudden he told me that the motherboard was burnt and can't be replaced.
What the hell is going on Mr. HP. If that was burnt why the hell he ordered motherboard for the replacement at the very first place.
?
And why the hell you people provide warranty for? Haa? So that you can charge extra for warranty and apply conditions whatever way you want afterwards.
And I am still waiting for the call which is scheduled by the customer care hp repeatedly. Nothing happens. Was this information helpful? |
