HP India — Pre installed MS office not received | |||||
I had purchased product of hp laptop serial no 5cg7122fhw from hp estore website in a sale for employees on 20-22 june with order no 908546. But had not received pre installed ms office as per offer case id generated by customer care is 08007440. But till now i am following up with different departments of hp once technical support then customer care but not getting resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Really am sad about your customer service.
