One h. P. Colour laserjet pro mfp m177 fw serial no. Cng6h6t8jt printer was purchased from m/s space dot technologies, new delhi on 22nd aug 2015 vide invoice no. Space/ri/15-16/323 for rs.38500/-.
From the first day, it is not working properly. We have made complaints from the first day in the warranty period and we have also paid for servicing. It can be check all the record of complaints in warranty period as well as paid service.
The printer is used rarely and at the moment o[censored]se it don’t work properly. Facing same problem we have again made complaint.
Service center's says that we have to bring the printer at service center
Or visiting at our site the payment of service charge will be approx, double.
