[Resolved] HP India — printer not working (cartridge problem) | |||
Dear Team, We have bought one HP5811 Printer (SL No.CN7C75G0VC) on 25.08.2018. Now this printer is not working. One red light is blinking and on window it shows that the cartridge is not Authentic. This is the same cartridge we were using since Purchase of this Printer and this cartridge was the same cartridge came with the Printer. Please do the needful.
