HP India — Printer not working properly

I have purchase HP laser Jet Printer Model No.1005 all in one . serial no.CNH8F7DL25
Sir this printer is not proper manner working .at purchase date . i am continue submit complain.
last 5 time case no. POP-12/9/13, 4694588, 33466435, 33466435, 4779788.Sir your employee is continue 5 times visit. but his not complete my printer. for about this complain We are Contact service center Kota (Rajasthan). but there dont reply properly.
PLEASE SOON AS SOON ACTION THIS COMPLAIN.
