Dear Sir,
We had purchased new desktop from HP and having problem with it, therefore we discussed about problem with your customer care executive and complaint was logged for new hard disk. HP service engineer from Pune visited our site and after installing the hard disk he observed that system is not getting up and he suggested problem with motherboard.
He committed that very soon we will get the faulty part replaced, but till now no updates.
We tried HP customer care no. Many times to get the status of complaint but it shows not in use while few days back complaint was logged on same no. [protected] (Pune Service Center No:[protected]
